Stewart Clyde is different. We came from the client side of business.

We are business people who decided to become consultants. We wanted to address the key shortcomings that we experienced when dealing with consultants – too many PowerPoint presentations that never went anywhere, lack of knowledge transfer from consultant to client to sustain business outcomes, and too little focus on implementation – once the PowerPoint decks were done and the consultants were gone, there was no one was left to execute the implementation.

We have never forgotten the client perspective of consulting engagements. From the beginning, we have distinguished ourselves from our competitors in four important respects:

1. We focus on successful implementation outcomes;
2. We provide a tailored approach to client engagements;
3. We engage our clients in the solution process so that business outcomes are sustainable in the long run once the consultants leave the building;
4. We advocate targeted consulting services – less is more.

We bring hands-on, partner-level experience to each engagement resulting in more effective and timely deliverables for our clients.

For some clients we act as a sounding board and trusted advisor; for others we act as implementation partners.

Our collaborative and results-focused approach has earned us the reputation of being people who "get things done” and/or who can “help me figure out how to get things done".
